  • Industry/ Organization Type: Cybersecurity
  • Position Title: Technical Service / Support Consultant
  • Working Location: Bedok
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Flexi Benefits + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear consultation and coaching to customers and partners about product features and solutions
  • Handle all parts of project implementation, including customizing solutions to meet client needs and supporting products after they go live
  • Respond to client issues and questions, use problem-solving skills, and follow up until the issue is fully resolved—support may be needed at different hours
  • Work together with teams such as Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, and Quality Assurance

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in software application development, implementation, and support
  • Familiar with programming languages (e.g. Java, HTML, JavaScript, SQL
  • Understanding of APIs, web services, and basic operating systems (Unix, Windows)
  • Experience with servers and databases is a plus
  • Knowledge of .NET/C#, web/mobile frameworks, cloud platforms, or hold relevant IT certifications
  • Good communication, client management, and teamwork abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, and adaptable
  • Willingness to travel overseas for projects is a plus
