This position reports to

Service Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the Service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers. Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating proactively with both the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities for service growth are utilized. The work model for this role is: Onsite. #LI-Onsite. This role contributes to the Electrification Services Business Division in Singapore. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Providing technical support and solving problems in your expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category.
2. Determining effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively.
3. Providing technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers.
4. Identifying new sales opportunities and proactively communicating with both the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities are utilized for service growth.

Qualifications for the role

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3 years of technical experience in the Electrical industry
• Stakeholder/Project management experience
