Job summary
A leading company in the lubricant sector seeks a qualified individual to provide on-site and remote technical support for overseas projects. The role requires strong communication skills and a good understanding of lubricant applications, with the expectation of customer interaction and product recommendation. Ideal candidates will have at least a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in the field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in lubricant oil or grease.
- Must be willing to travel.

- Responsible for providing international market with on-site technical support for overseas projects in lubricant or grease and technical support to solve technical problems.
- Recommend lubricant products by comparing competitive product information or customer lubricant requirements.
- Provide remote and on site customer service (especially technical services support) with HQ or clients.
- Compile or translate technical documents.
- Other works related to technical and customer service.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree or above.
- Prefer to have minimum 3 years of related work experience in lubricant oil or grease.
- Prefer understand lubricant oil and grease product and applications.
- Experience with presentation to clients and technical support on site.
- Good planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision; self-motivated, willing to handle work stress
