The company is a leading provider of industrial products and solutions. They are seeking a driven Sales Specialist to build and manage relationships with end-customers and dealers in the Marine, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive APAC technical service strategy, prioritizing growth opportunities and driving commercial standardization across the business.

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, escalations, and reporting.

• Manage the technical support team, focusing on individual performance, technical skill development, and career progression.

• Design and implement improved process flows, standards, and operational policies.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in a related field, with demonstrated success in managing technical service teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Strong understanding of the APAC market and cultural nuances.

• Proven ability to develop and implement effective service strategies that drive business growth.
