Technical Service Engineer / Medical Device / Up to 5K

Our client is seeking a technical service engineer to provide technical support for medical equipment.

Responsibilities

1. Attend to technical inquiries and provide technical support (installation, maintenance, etc.) for customers in product operation and problem-solving in relation to equipment.
2. Perform site survey & manage the repair process based on repair proposal to resolve customers' issues.
3. Manage contractors and perform site supervision to ensure products are properly installed.
4. Responsible for installation, commissioning of products and conduct training at in-house facilities and customers' site.
5. Generate reports for ongoing projects for Supervisor's review.

Requirements

1. Education background in related discipline.
2. Minimum 2-3 years technical support for medical devices.
3. Good technical knowledge.
