Job description
  • Reporting to Chief Engineer within a dynamic organization that operates across a diverse portfolio in the petrochemical industry.

  • Provide hands-on technical support to customers, solving issues from troubleshooting to product recommendations, including used oil analysis.

  • Build and nurture strong technical partnerships with key clients, ensuring long-term success.

  • Lead initiatives like plant and equipment audits, lubrication surveys, and field trials to align with our business strategy.

  • Work closely with members in the sales team, providing support to ensure technical strategies are fully aligned with overall sales objectives.

  • Customize and deliver training to customers and work closely with our oil supplier partners to resolve technical matters.

  • Participate in sales meetings with heads of different business units, offering cross-functional technical support to enhance decision-making and business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A diploma or degree, ideally in Chemical, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Experience in a technical environment (preferably lubricants and related applications) with a solid technical background.

  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

  • A self-starter who works well independently but also thrives in a collaborative team environment.
