An established industry player is seeking a dedicated technician to manage installations and provide top-notch technical support. Responsibilities
Perform installation, configuration and upgrade of NexLabs hardware and software systems
Provide technical support to clients in order to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Perform maintenance on software applications deployed at customer sites
Perform Quality Assurance testing of NexLabs software applications
Assist in setting up Proof-of-Concept demonstrations of Nexlabs systems to potential clients
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Science & Technology or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
Up-to-date knowledge of Windows and computer networking
Good technical, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills
Able to communicate clearly, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal
Ability to work well with others, as well as independently
Attention to details
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment.
Experience in setting up or troubleshooting Android devices would be very useful
Familiarity with IT equipment related to Digital Signage, Internet-of-Things, Video and Telephony would also be helpful
