Overview
As part of the Technical Service Delivery Team, the role serves as a frontline professional that involves;
- Participates in project implementation in the supporting role. Such as performing on-site survey, requirements gathering and work as a proxy between the client and the participating project managers, consultants and software development team during the system life cycle.
- Provides technical configuration, test and commissioning of IoTs devices or equipments
- Conducts basic end-user training
- Provide technical support to systems that is deployed and handle technical service request/feedback from clients.
- Ensure that all requests/feedbacks received adhere to internal service SOP and each support tickets are closed on a timely manner
Key Requirements
- Passionate in current technology and Internet of Things / gadgets
- Good customer service attitude
- Good team player with a positive attitude towards problem solving
- Good IT foundation shall be an advantage but not mandatory
- Class 3A/3 driving license or possess own means of transport
- Fresh graduate may apply (on the job training)
