Job Description:

• Oversee maintenance, monitoring, and uptime of EV charging stations to ensure seamless customer experiences. Lead a service team.

• Manage the lifecycle of technology assets, including chargers, software platforms, and network security, to ensure system reliability and scalability.

• Establish and implement SOPs for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to optimize network performance.

• Implement data analytics solutions to monitor and analyze charging station performance, driving continuous operational improvements.

• Collaborate with key vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure and manage hardware, software, and support services. Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of new chargers, including setup of routers, LAN, or SIM cards, and API configurations.

• Ensure all technology solutions comply with local regulations and industry standards concerning safety, environmental impact, and cybersecurity.

• Oversee cybersecurity protocols to protect customer data and infrastructure from potential threats.

• Work closely with the customer support team to address technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.

• Evaluate and manage relationships with factories and technology providers to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
