Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle technical-related customer enquiries via calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information.

  • Support the Technical team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

  • Assist in the review and processing of contracts, ensuring all terms and deliverables are clearly documented and aligned with company policies.

  • Maintain and update contract records, pricing agreements, and customer databases accurately.

  • Monitor contract milestones and deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders on renewals, extensions, or service obligations.

  • Coordinate with engineers to ensure feasibility and accurate specifications in quotations.

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling support staff shifts, coordinating meetings, and managing team calendars.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients by acting as a reliable point of contact for contract- or quotation-related queries.

  • Generate regular reports on quotation activity, contract status, and support issues.

  • Work closely with the Operations and Logistics teams to support order fulfilment, installation, or deployment of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Sales Support Executive, quotations, and/or contract administration.

  • Strong attention to detail, especially in handling pricing, terms, and specifications.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • A team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
