Technical Sales Support Engineer (Electrical Circuit Design/ From OIL and GAS)

• Position : Technical Sales Support Engineer (Electrical Circuit Design/ From OIL and GAS)

• Location : Joo Seng Road (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng MRT - 13 minute walk)

• Working hours : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $5700 + AWS

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Leading manufacturer of utility and electrical solutions

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical sales support and quotations.

• Perform engineering tasks to support custom equipment and system sales.

• Evaluate customer specs, determine design feasibility, and create preliminary designs.

• Generate bills of material, drawings, and test procedures.

• Ensure accurate product builds and provide technical support.

• Develop user documentation (IOM) and provide customer support.

• Troubleshoot operational issues, including on-site visits when necessary.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or diploma

• Minimum two years related experience in handling Telecommunications, PAGA system, Electrical products or more than 5 years related experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical and Heavy Industrial may be considered.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
