Your Mission
Drive revenue growth by expanding our customer base across APAC/globally, while collaborating with engineering to transform client requirements into cutting-edge test interface solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development.
· Identify/key account penetration: Foundries, OSATs, IDMs
· Support sales and business development on new and existing accounts
· Conduct technical demos at client sites
2. Technical Solutioning
· Translate customer specs into requirements
· Collaborate with engineering to develop custom products
· Lead DFM review with customers
3. Account Leadership
· Negotiate contracts
· Forecast sales with 90% accuracy
· Provide post-sale technical support to ensure ROI
4. Market Intelligence
· Customer and market road map research and updates
· Spot trends in advanced packaging
· Drive projects to internal R&D team to meet market road map needs
Requirements
Experience:
3+ years in B2B technical sales withinsemiconductor testing components
Proven record sellingprobe, connectors, sockets, thermal interfaces, or related precision components
Technical Competence:
Understands wafer probe/Final Test processes, IC packaging, thermal dynamics
Ability to read device datasheets
Commercial Skills:
Fluent in value-based selling
CRM proficiency
Soft Skills:
Persuasive communicator
Problem-solving mindset for technical escalations
Willing to travel
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
Existing network
Mandarin proficiency. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
