Job Description
• Develop strategic and tactical Safety Solutions growth & investment plans in the territory.
• Elevate the competency of internal and stakeholders to establish Eindec as a trusted safety solutions provider.
• Develop the channel network to improve the regional coverage to drive sales growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales activities and results.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback and regulatory changes in the safety and PPE landscape to adjust strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in PPE and safety related products and services
• Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - customers, end users and co-workers.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
