Job Description
· Drive sales and business development for Dow’s and other semiconductor materials across Southeast Asia (or specified region).
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within IDM, OSAT, and Tier-1 accounts.
· Provide front-line technical support and coordinate with application engineering teams.
· Lead technical discussions, qualification cycles, and manage long sales pipelines.
· Collect and communicate market intelligence, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
· Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
· 5–10 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the semiconductor or electronic materials industry.
· Familiarity with cleanroom environments, IC packaging, wafer-level processes, or backend assembly and complete processes is a strong advantage.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) is a plus.
· Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving market with complex technical challenges.
· Willingness to travel across the region.
