Job Description:
Responsible for Sales & Marketing activities within BT-CO for Public Address system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, customers, and clients.
Plan and execute new product launches and organize NPI events / Joint events with partners.
Develop a robust sales pipeline, generate proposals for customers and provide accurate sales reporting to achieve sales target.
Develop and implement sales strategy to drive business growth through effective partner channel management.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of partners, understanding customer's needs and provide guidance and sales support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams i.e. Regional Product Marketing to develop launch strategies, NPI's and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with partners/ distributors/ dealers to establish sales targets, incentives, and training programs.
Generate sales quotations and proposals in response to customer inquiries.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and enhance customer relationships and sales process.
Lead small size team (3 to 4 members)
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Audio Video or related media field is required.
Minimum 7 years of working experience in Audio, Public Address, Communication technical Sales / Marketing.
Skilled in developing basic designs and preparing Bills of Materials for audio systems tailored to site conditions and client requirements.
Experience in managing multiple channel partners to drive business growth.
Excellent negotiation skills in decision maker environment.
Possess strong communication and written skills in English.
Prior knowledge in the AV and Public Address system will be considered an advantage.
Accreditation obtained from trainings conducted by industry players will be considered as merit (Avixa, Dante, Ease, CCNA, etc).
Willing to travel in the region as required.
