About the Role
We are a local SME specialising in the distribution of process valves, industrial automation and instrumentation. We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves both technical understanding and sales coordination, supporting our customers locally and overseas.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers
- Promote and sell industrial products (e.g., process valves, instrumentation)
- Prepare sales quotations, technical proposals, and product presentations
- Provide basic technical support and product information to customers
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet delivery schedules
- Conduct customer visits, attend meetings, and participate in trade exhibitions
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and customer feedback
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent)
- 1–2 years of technical sales experience preferred
- Entry-level candidates with technical interest are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (an advantage)
