A leading construction support company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team, provide technical assistance, and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a diploma in a relevant field and at least 1 year of experience in sales or technical support. Strong communication skills and a valid Class 3 Driving License are required. This role also involves collaboration with internal teams and occasional travel to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
- Technical Assistance:
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients and the sales team.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address client queries and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits as needed.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to meet client requirements.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and technical challenges.
Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant qualification in construction, engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or technical support role, preferably in the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, or related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and meet clients as required.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
