We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Sales Engineers to join our Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidates will leverage their mechanical and electrical engineering expertise to support both our internal sales team and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Pre-sale and Post-sale Support: Provide essential technical support to the sales team and customers before and after sales.
Technical Advice: Offer technical guidance to the sales team, dealers, and customers.
Training and Demonstrations: Conduct product and application training sessions and demonstrations.
Product Information Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date technical product information for equipment sales.
Issue Handling: Address technical issues and manage warranty claims.
Technical Drawings: Prepare electrical drawings, wiring, and cable plans using AutoCAD.
Installation and Commissioning: Implement wiring and cabling installations and commissioning.
Upgrades and Modifications: Perform upgrades and modifications according to established plans.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults and conduct failure analysis.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
1-2 years of experience with heavy-duty diesel engines or generators.
Experience in Application Engineering of switchgear installation and knowledge of PLC programming an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and independent
