Responsibilities

• Provide essential technical support to the sales team and customers before and after sales.
• Offer technical guidance to the sales team, dealers, and customers.
• Conduct product and application training sessions and demonstrations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical product information for equipment sales.
• Address technical issues and manage warranty claims.
• Prepare electrical drawings, wiring, and cable plans using AutoCAD.
• Implement wiring and cabling installations and commissioning.
• Perform upgrades and modifications according to established plans.
• Diagnose faults and conduct failure analysis.

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Sales Engineers to join our Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidate will leverage their mechanical and electrical engineering expertise to support both our internal sales team and external customers. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and sales skills to effectively communicate complex engineering concepts and solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Pre-sale and Post-sale Support: Provide essential technical support to the sales team and customers before and after sales.

· Technical Advice: Offer technical guidance to the sales team, dealers, and customers.

· Training and Demonstrations:Conduct product and application training sessions and demonstrations.

· Product Information Maintenance:Maintain up-to-date technical product information for equipment sales.

· Issue Handling: Address technical issues and manage warranty claims.

· Technical Drawings: Prepare electrical drawings, wiring, and cable plans using AutoCAD.

· Installation and Commissioning:Implement wiring and cabling installations and commissioning.

· Upgrades and Modifications:Perform upgrades and modifications according to established plans.
