Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer who will bridge the gap between our sales and technical teams. This hybrid role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful setup and implementation of our IT and cybersecurity services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise during client engagements and proposals
  • Design and present IT/cybersecurity solutions that meet client requirements
  • Assist with grant-related solution packaging (e.g. CSA, IMDA schemes)
  • Perform initial setup, configuration, and deployment of solutions
  • Serve as a technical point-of-contact during onboarding and handover to support teams
  • Collaborate with sales, project, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in both sales support and hands-on IT solution setup
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure solutions
  • Ability to balance commercial objectives with technical accuracy
