Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on the growth of our automation solutions within targeted market segments and channels. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer accounts within assigned segments and channels.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries and requests.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with system integrators, consultants, and end-users in the target market.
- Promote and sell the complete range of industrial automation products and solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits and calls to maintain excellent account management and strong customer relationships.
- Analyze customer requirements to formulate effective sales strategies and identify potential solutions.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and present customized solution proposals and quotations in line with customer needs.
- Support and participate in marketing activities such as seminars, exhibitions, and training events.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Engineering, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical disciplines.
- Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in industrial automation are also encouraged to apply and 1–2 years of relevant working experience
- Familiarity or prior experience with industrial or factory automation systems will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
- Product and solution training will be provided.
