Are you passionate about driving the future of clean mobility and shaping the next generation of electric vehicle (EV) charging technologies?

Adecco is partnering with a leading transport agency in Singapore to hire a Deputy / Assistant Manager (EV Charging Technology) to join its forward-thinking electric mobility division. This team plays a pivotal role in accelerating EV adoption by enabling trials of innovative EV charging technologies and developing a robust, scalable ecosystem.

  • Influence EV infrastructure at a national and strategic level.

  • Work on exciting trials and shape regulatory frameworks.
  • Be part of a high-impact team working at the frontier of EV and sustainability technology.

The Job

  • Scout and assess emerging EV charging technologies (e.g., fast charging, battery swapping, V2G) that are ready for large-scale deployment.
  • Engage and support tech providers interested in piloting novel charging solutions through sandbox trials.
  • Coordinate across agencies and industry partners to evaluate technical proposals and regulatory fit.
  • Lead consultation platforms with public and private stakeholders to co-develop charging strategies and policies.
  • Drive innovation through grant calls and research initiatives focused on advancing EV infrastructure technology.

The Talent

  • At least 3 years of experience in the EV charging, power systems, or automotive tech industry.
  • Strong technical foundation in EV charging systems, protocols, and safety/standards.
  • Experience in R&D, innovation trials, or standards development is a plus.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Keen interest in mobility, automotive trends, and clean energy innovations.
