Job summary

Lumilens is seeking a Recruiter – Singapore to own end-to-end hiring across technical, manufacturing, operations, and business roles. Based at Bulim Square, you will drive high-volume recruiting to support production growth and collaborate with contract manufacturers and leaders to meet hiring targets.

You will ensure a strong candidate experience, coordinate onboarding, and manage timelines across US and APAC time zones, with occasional travel to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring.
• Experience with contract manufacturers or staffing partners is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles.
• Serve as the primary recruitment partner supporting hiring needs at the Bulim Square facility.
• Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns to support manufacturing ramp-ups and workforce expansion.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers' recruitment teams on hiring activities and workforce planning.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, referrals, and hiring events.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and report progress on pipeline health and targets.

Position Overview

As the Recruiter – Singapore at Lumilens, you will own and drive end‑to‑end hiring across technical, manufacturing, operations, and business functions. This role is primarily based at Bulim Square and will play a critical role in supporting workforce growth for Lumilens and our contract manufacturing operations. You will lead high‑volume hiring initiatives, partner closely with leaders and external manufacturing partners, and ensure hiring targets are achieved to support production and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles.
• Serve as the primary recruitment partner supporting hiring needs at the Bulim Square facility.
• Lead and manage high‑volume recruitment campaigns to support manufacturing ramp‑ups and workforce expansion initiatives.
• Partner closely with our contract manufacturer recruitment teams to coordinate hiring activities, workforce planning, and manpower readiness.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, referrals, recruitment events, and targeted talent mapping.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, and hiring target achievement.

Stakeholder & Advisory Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on recruitment strategy, talent availability, and workforce planning.
• Partner with operations, hiring managers, and contract manufacturing stakeholders to align hiring with business demand.
• Guide stakeholders on hiring timelines, talent trade‑offs, and market competitiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high‑volume hiring environments preferred.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers, staffing partners, or outsourced workforce providers is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
