Job summary

Lumilens, a deep-tech startup in Singapore, seeks a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across technical, manufacturing, operations, and business functions. This role is primarily based at Bulim Square and supports workforce growth for Lumilens and our contract manufacturing operations.

You will lead high-volume recruitment initiatives, partner closely with leaders and external manufacturing partners, and ensure hiring targets are met to support production and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring preferred.
• Experience with contract manufacturers, staffing partners, or outsourced providers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles.
• Serve as the primary recruitment partner supporting hiring needs at the Bulim Square facility.
• Lead and manage high-volume recruitment campaigns to support manufacturing ramp-ups.
• Partner with contract manufacturing recruitment teams to coordinate hiring activities and workforce planning.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, referrals, and events.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.

Position Overview

As the Recruiter – Singapore at Lumilens, you will own and drive end-to-end hiring across technical, manufacturing, operations, and business functions. This role is primarily based at Bulim Square and will play a critical role in supporting workforce growth for Lumilens and our contract manufacturing operations. You will lead high-volume hiring initiatives, partner closely with leaders and external manufacturing partners, and ensure hiring targets are achieved to support production and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles.
• Serve as the primary recruitment partner supporting hiring needs at the Bulim Square facility.
• Lead and manage high-volume recruitment campaigns to support manufacturing ramp-ups and workforce expansion initiatives.
• Partner closely with our contract manufacturer recruitment teams to coordinate hiring activities, workforce planning, and manpower readiness.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, referrals, recruitment events, and targeted talent mapping.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, and hiring target achievement.

Stakeholder & Advisory Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on recruitment strategy, talent availability, and workforce planning.
• Partner with operations, hiring managers, and contract manufacturing stakeholders to align hiring with business demand.
• Guide stakeholders on hiring timelines, talent trade‑offs, and market competitiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments preferred.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers, staffing partners, or outsourced workforce providers is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Additional Expectations

• Full-time position based at Bulim Square, Singapore.
• Will require coordination across US and APAC time zones.
• Occasional travel for hiring initiatives and team collaboration.
