Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop technical proposals for counter-drone systems, including detection, tracking, identification, and mitigation solutions.
• Analyse tender documents and manage end-to-end bid submissions in accordance with internal governance and compliance processes.
• Work closely with Sales to understand mission requirements, threat scenarios, and operational constraints.
• Evaluate and propose suitable solutions ensuring feasibility and integration compatibility.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and partners to define system architecture and configurations.
• Identify risks, assumptions, and gaps in customer requirements and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Manage bid schedules, documentation quality, and submission readiness.
• Support technical clarifications, presentations, and customer discussions during the bid phase.
• Lead handover to engineering and project delivery teams upon award, ensuring full alignment on scope and solution.
