Technical Project Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and deliver mobility projects in line with business goals
2. Translate business requirements into technical specs and system designs
3. Conduct end-to-end testing (strategy, planning, execution, issue resolution)
4. Lead UAT and post-deployment support to ensure smooth operations
5. Support both in-house and contract-based solution development
6. Collaborate with global teams for regional solution rollouts
7. Contribute to product and technical roadmaps with business stakeholders
8. Continuously improve development processes and solution quality
9. Support other strategic initiatives as needed

Requirements

1. 3-5 years' experience in IT/solution development
2. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
3. Familiar with SDLC and system design best practices
4. Strong analytical and communication skills
5. Able to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally
6. Willingness to travel within SEA and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

1. Experience in MaaS, Smart Solutions, IoT Projects
2. Knowledge of APIs, frontend/backend system design
3. Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Python, .NET, or Java
4. Background in IT project management and product discovery
