Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore leads the delivery of cybersecurity platform initiatives within Enterprise Cybersecurity Engineering. This role combines project management with technical SOC tooling knowledge to deliver scalable security solutions on schedule and within budget.

The Technical Project Manager will drive end-to-end platform delivery, govern projects, and partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and procurement to ensure alignment and visibility for leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, or equivalent practical experience.
• Track record delivering security initiatives in financial services or asset management.
• Hands-on experience operationalizing SOC tooling (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, NDR, TIP) and vulnerability management.
• Strong knowledge of networks, CIS Benchmarks, OS internals, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Familiarity with cloud security controls and threat management.
• Certifications such as PMP or Cloud Architect/Security are advantageous.

What you’ll do

What we need

• Technical Background: Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Project Management: Track record in technical project management delivering security initiatives, ideally in financial services or asset management.
• SOC & Endpoint Capabilities: Hands‑on experience operationalizing SOC tooling (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, NDR, TIP) and vulnerability management frameworks (attack surface assessment, threat exposure management, attack simulation).
• Systems & Automation: Strong knowledge of network security, CIS Benchmarks, OS internals (Windows, Linux, macOS), and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate processes.
• Cloud & Threat Management: Familiarity with cloud security controls (AWS, Azure, GCP), threat intelligence, and security observability.
• Certifications: PMP, Cloud Architect/Security, or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
