Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Project Manager / LeadMember to drive data integration, ETL, and MDM initiatives within an Agile PMO framework. You will bridge Business and IT, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage MVP boundaries to prevent scope creep.

Responsibilities include leading integration projects, mapping data, validating quality, and overseeing risks and dependencies while maintaining strong stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Technical PM/PMO experience.
• Data Integration & ETL project experience.
• Knowledge of MDM concepts and data governance.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• UAT, data mapping, and data quality coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical/data integration projects and monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and recovery plans.
• Manage Data Integration, ETL, APIs, Middleware, and MDM initiatives.
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint activities, data mapping, UAT, and data quality validation.
• Control project scope and manage MVP boundaries to prevent scope creep.
• Manage Issue/Risk/IoD logs and conduct regular stakeholder reviews.
• Create project governance rules, standards, and templates.
• Bridge Business and IT and communicate technical issues and business impacts.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Data Architects, Integration Developers, and Data Governance Officers.

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / LeadMember with strong experience in Data Integration, ETL, MDM, Agile delivery , and PMO. The candidate should be able to manage technicalprojects, understand data dependencies, prevent delivery delays, andeffectively bridge Business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical/data integration projects andmonitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and recovery plans.
• Manage Data Integration, ETL, APIs,Middleware, and MDM initiatives.
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum delivery, sprintactivities, data mapping, UAT, and data quality validation.
