Job Description:

We are seeking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to manage the planning, installation, and maintenance of high-end audiovisual (AV) systems, specifically for luxury retail environments.

• Manage the planning, installation, and maintenance of AV systems in luxury retail environments, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results.
• Prepare, configure, and maintain AV equipment (e.g., LED/LCD screens, media players, IoT devices), and provide first-level technical support post-installation.
• Travel across APAC to supervise AV installations, working closely with local partners to ensure brand standards are met.
• Collaborate with suppliers, installers, and AV integrators to deliver complete solutions and maintain strong local partnerships.
• Stay updated on AV trends, recommend enhancements for in-store experiences, and communicate project updates clearly to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Min 3-5 years of experience as technical project manager or managing AV projects, ideally in retail or luxury environments.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems (LED/LCD displays, media players, connectivity).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to travel across APAC constantly.
