Job summary

SUNWAY INTGEN PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery across client AI projects.

You will translate client goals into structured programs, manage milestones and dependencies, and own the delivery plan with evidence validating each milestone. You will work closely with senior engineers and client stakeholders to ensure timely sign‑offs, robust documentation, and alignment with grant or contract milestones.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in AI, CS, engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering technical software projects, ideally AI or data-driven.
• Ability to follow engineering discussions and evaluate plans.
• Evidence-based delivery with acceptance criteria, RAID, milestones discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management under uncertainty and tight timelines.
• Clear written communication that surfaces blockers proactively.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for client projects: scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholder updates.
• Translate client input into sequenced tasks for engineering teams.
• Track and clear client-side dependencies such as approvals, credentials, and data access.
• Oversee UAT, pilots, and go-live, ensuring compliance and evidence documentation.
• Align deliverables with grant or contract milestones and flag scope/cost deviations early.
• Maintain transparent and current project status for all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering technical software projects, ideally AI or data‑driven.
• Strong technical literacy to follow engineering discussions and evaluate plans.
• Evidence‑based delivery mindset: acceptance criteria, RAID, and milestone discipline.
• Skilled stakeholder management under uncertainty and tight timelines.
• Clear written communication that surfaces blockers proactively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with grant‑funded or public‑sector projects.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as IMDA Model AI Governance, PDPA, or OWASP‑LLM.
• Knowledge of project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Linear) and Agile/hybrid delivery.
• Exposure to AWS and Azure environments.
