Job summary

Marco Global Payroll Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Marco OS Web/API applications and system integrations for payroll and HR initiatives. The role combines project leadership with hands-on collaboration with product, UI/UX, and client teams to ensure successful deployments.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in technical project management for software, strong full-stack fluency, and excellent communication with both developers and executives.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Implementation Manager for software projects.
• Strong fluency in modern full-stack web development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue/Angular, Node.js, RESTful/GraphQL, cloud deployments).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Marco OS Web/API apps and integration for payroll and HR projects.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations; track performance and risks.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and guide them with Marco OS data model.
• Collaborate with internal product and UI/UX teams and maintain API/workflow specs and backlog items.

1. Project & Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Marco OS Web/API applications, and integration of custom systems for payroll and HR projects

• Define project scope, deliverables, technical specifications, timelines, and resource allocations.

• Track project performance, manage project risks/blockers, and handle change requests smoothly.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, building trust and guiding them with Marco OS's defined data model.

• Conduct regular status meetings, present Marco OS demos, conduct UATs, and gather functional requirements.

3. Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Partner closely with Marco's internal product development team and UI/UX designers to drive technical execution.

• Maintain clear project documentation, API/workflow specs, and backlog items.

Requirements:

1. 3–4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Implementation Manager for software projects.

2. Strong conceptual understanding of modern full-stack web development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue/Angular, Node.js, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and cloud deployments). Daily coding is not required, but technical fluency is essential.

3. Proven track record in client-facing roles, managing scope expectations, and facilitating workshops or status reviews.

4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with both developers and non-technical executives.
