About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy, client-focused Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our engineering teams, design teams, and external clients. You will lead the delivery of modern web applications and Content Management System (CMS) platforms, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client business goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of web applications and custom/headless CMS solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Define project scope, deliverables, technical specifications, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Track project performance, manage project risks/blockers, and handle change requests smoothly.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, building trust and guiding them through technical decisions.
- Conduct regular status meetings, present project demos, and gather functional requirements.
- Translate complex client business needs into actionable developer tickets and user stories.
3. Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner closely with front-end developers, back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to drive technical execution.
- Leverage your understanding of full-stack web architectures (frontend frameworks, backend services, APIs, databases) to evaluate technical feasibility and unblock development teams.
- Maintain clear project documentation, API/workflow specs, and backlog items using tools like Jira or Confluence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead managing web software projects.
- CMS Expertise: Hands-on experience delivering CMS implementations (e.g., Headless CMS like Contentful, Strapi, Sanity, or traditional systems like WordPress/Drupal).
- Full-Stack Knowledge: Strong conceptual understanding of modern full-stack web development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue/Angular, Node.js, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and cloud deployments). Daily coding is not required, but technical fluency is essential.
- Client Management: Proven track record in client-facing roles, managing scope expectations, and facilitating workshops or status reviews.
- Agile Proficiency: Solid experience running sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and using tools like Jira, Confluence, Linear, or Trello.
