Job summary

Google is seeking a DCNet Delivery Technical Program Manager to oversee major deployment programs, coordinating across partner groups to align with strategic business goals. You will organize teams, clarify roles, and manage a master schedule to meet Google’s needs.

You will bring together technical experts, communicate progress to executives, and influence without authority while maintaining schedule velocity across multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 3 years of experience in the telecom, networking, or data center infrastructure space.

Responsibilities

• Manage network infrastructure capacity delivery programs. Solve technical issues revolving around network port capacity, physical cabling installation, network equipment capacity, project scheduling, and logistics.
• Bring technical experts together to communicate and help develop solutions.
• Manage and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams, including external parties/vendors.
• Identify process and communications breakdowns, while developing and driving solutions to remedy the issues. Manage process development and optimization initiatives.
• Create and maintain master schedules, BoMs and related factors.
