Job summary

Housing & Development Board (HDB) is seeking a Product Manager/Business Analyst to drive product strategy, lead technical decision-making, and manage end-to-end product development. You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable user stories.

Qualifications

• Strong background in computer science or related technical discipline.
• Minimal 3 years business analyst experience in software projects.
• Minimal 2 years in an Agile environment and cloud platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask.
• Experience with business case and user story development.
• Proficient in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate across teams and with business stakeholders on requirements.
• Knowledge of web, mobile, and cloud technologies and their feasibility.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA is an added advantage.
• Experience with BPM modelling techniques is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product development cycle from conceptualization to delivery.
• Define technical product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Write detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize backlog based on business value and technical constraints.
• Lead sprint planning and grooming sessions.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple technical workstreams.
• Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
