Job summary

Housing & Development Board (HDB) in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager/Business Analyst to join the Product Team and drive the full product development lifecycle from concept to delivery to end users.

You will define the product roadmap, work with engineering on architecture, manage cross‑team dependencies, and establish KPIs to guide decisions. Strong communication, Agile experience and BPM modelling are valued.

Qualifications

Minimal 3 years business analyst experience in software development projects.
Minimal 2 years experience in Agile environments and Cloud platforms.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with BPM modelling will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to delivery to end users.
Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and architecture decisions.
Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritisation with cross-functional teams.
Define KPIs and use data analytics to inform product decisions.
Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
