BD is a global leader in medical technology, based in Singapore, seeking a Technical Specialist to support our Tuas Plant with hands-on equipment management, process optimization and quality assurance.

You will operate and maintain production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, monitor process parameters, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements while adhering to SOPs, GMP and EHS standards.

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing or technical operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMP, and EHS standards.
• Experience in mold setup and changeovers in Injection molding.
• Experience in robotic systems and programming for fine tuning.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to keep it running.
