A leading real estate company in Singapore seeks an Engineering & Sustainability Executive to drive engineering solutions and sustainability initiatives across its properties. The role involves technical expertise in M&E systems, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration, aiming to significantly enhance building performance and environmental responsibility.
Join one of Singapore’s leading real estate companies, where innovation meets impact. We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Engineering & Sustainability Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of building performance and environmental responsibility across our property portfolio.
What You’ll DoAs part of our Corporate Engineering & Sustainability team, you’ll be a key technical advisor and project driver across our real estate assets. Your responsibilities include:
M&E Technical Expertise
Review and evaluate tender documents for major M&E equipment (e.g., switchgear, gensets), ensuring scope accuracy and specification quality.
Support the Operations team with troubleshooting and resolving M&E issues on the ground.
Project & Asset Lifecycle Management
Oversee project handovers, conduct pre-opening inspections, and coordinate defect rectification.
Provide strategic input on asset replacement plans and end-of-life M&E schedules.
Sustainability & Performance Optimisation
Monitor and audit energy and water usage; identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Track chiller plant performance and provide actionable insights to enhance energy efficiency.
Support our corporate sustainability goals by championing green innovations.
Operational Excellence & Capacity Planning
Track and optimise electrical contracted capacity and maximum demand across properties.
Lead and coordinate improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Projects, and Sustainability teams to align engineering solutions with business goals.
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field
Solid understanding of building M&E systems and sustainability practices
Hands-on experience in facility management, energy audits, or project coordination preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Passionate about engineering excellence and environmental impact
Comfortable with 2 years direct contract
