An established industry player is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of gas-making plants. Your role will involve conducting regular inspections, managing maintenance activities, and ensuring safety standards are met. With a focus on teamwork and communication, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining high-quality gas production processes. Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections, annual overhaul, servicing, maintenance of equipment and plant ancillaries.
Allocate manpower and supervise staff in performing maintenance, troubleshooting and repair work under your supervision.
Assist in monitoring and replenish spares in the store and purchase of essential spares for maintenance works,
Ensure proper filling and documentation of administrative, maintenance and service works.
Ensure safety during maintenance and service activities conducted by staff and contractors.
Responsible for the proper and efficient operation of gas-making plants and their ancillaries.
Handle matters related to production, quality control, storage and distribution of Town Gas from the Gas Works.
Attend to faults and breakdowns in gas-making plants and their ancillaries.
Pre-requisites:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the oil and gas industry.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
*5 days' work week
The successful candidate will be based at 26 Senoko Avenue. Company shuttle bus pickup/dropoff point at Sembawang MRT station.
