Job Responsibilities:

- Lead technicians for rectification works and manage external vendors/contractors

- Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing of mechanical systems

- Conduct preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance

- Respond promptly to defects and requests

- Ensure safety during maintenance work

- Prepare technical reports and track work progress

- Create detailed work schedules, manpower, and resource plans

- Interpret engineering drawings and codes

- Coordinate safety management systems on-site
