Responsibilities:

  • Perform procurement of services / materials, including liaising with external contractors if necessary.

  • Maintain up to date records of maintenance, equipment, and parts inventory.

  • Lead technicians on the mechanical systems and services

  • Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.

  • Plan, schedule, and execute monthly Preventive/Breakdown/Corrective maintenance activities in accordance with contractual requirements.

  • Attend client meetings and internal briefings. Provide updates on work progress, technical issues, and improvement plans.

  • Ensure accurate and proper documentation of maintenance records, service reports, and inspection checklists, in line with ENGIE and client quality policies.

  • Monitor and ensure that all service delivery meets or exceeds the contractual KPIs.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering and relevant fields.

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in the facilities management industry

  • Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn

  • Hardworking and able to multi-task

  • Have good documentation practice

  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior
