Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of critical building systems for our client:

• Plan and manage routine maintenance for M&E systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lifts, etc.)
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure systems meet operational standards
• Respond promptly to emergency fault calls and troubleshoot on-site
• Prepare quotations and compile service/maintenance reports
• Support project upgrades and coordinate with contractors
• Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders and authorities
• Visit and manage multiple government facilities as needed
