Job description

What You'll Do:

  1. Manage the project renewal/maintenance of SP PowerAssests (SPPA) transmission building/ tunnel facilities

  2. Manage the Facilities Management (FM) equipment timely renewal and repairs

  3. Understand the operations of FM equipment and SOP in safety, maintenance and project works

  4. Assistance to Reporting Officer in preparation maintenance schedules, monitor maintenance and repair scope

  5. Implement works programs in accordance to specification requirements, budget provisions and schedules

  6. Ensure all maintenance, inspection, commissioning and test records are updated promptly, attended and e-filed properly

  7. Carry out safety toolbox meeting prior to commencement of activities

  8. Attend to service requests from stakeholders and coordination during interfaces/ Defect Liability Period (DLP)

  9. Perform office and after-office hour standby duties, updating the status into FM app system

  10. Supervise, verification and assign contractors' works

  11. Prepare, update and submit weekly report and contract status

  12. Assist in preparation of technical specifications/checklists.

  13. Witness testing & commissioning for FM equipment.

  14. Updating of maintenance applications on work completion.

  15. Create maintenance/project software applications for FM related works

  16. Perform data trending for FM equipment

  17. Carry out duties in FM control centre shift operations and other FM units, if required.

What You'll Need:

  1. Diploma in any Engineering from recognized Polytechnics in Singapore

  2. Able to work independently and as a team member

  3. Responsible and take ownership of tasks assigned

  4. Possess a own vehicle (preferred)
