Jobscope:
- Maintain & Troubleshoot Electrical Systems
Perform maintenance and repair of low voltage (≤415V) electrical systems including lighting, power sockets, RCCB, HVAC, lifts, EV chargers, access control, CCTV, etc. - Execute Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Carry out routine servicing and fault rectification for building services to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. - Safety & Compliance
Adhere to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards, conduct risk assessments, implement Lockout/Tagout, and support emergency response protocols. - Contractor Supervision
Supervise third-party service providers, ensure quality service delivery, conduct toolbox meetings, and manage on-site contractor performance. - Technical Reporting & Documentation
Submit progress reports, update maintenance records in CMMS, and assist with audits, drawings, and technical documentation. - Support Budgeting & Procurement
Assist in estimating maintenance costs, parts forecasting, and supporting the procurement of consumables and service contracts. - Quality & Continuous Improvement
Implement and review procedures, contribute to ISO/IMS audits, and support continuous improvement and operational efficiency. - Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with engineers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues, plan works, and meet service level objectives.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Power / Technology / Facilities Management, or Higher Nitec with ≥10 years' relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management & E&I maintenance (e.g. power, lifts, RCCB, HVAC, security systems)
- Strong contractor and contract management skills
- Familiar with building regulations, codes, and facilities maintenance standards
- Knowledge of WSH rules, PTW processes, and safety compliance (confined space, work-at-height, etc.)
- Advantageous to hold LEW license, BCA Green Mark certification, or experience in E&I installation
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office
- Designation and job grade will depend on experience, competency, and skills
