Job summary

A property services company in Singapore seeks a maintenance technician to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for Air-Con and Mechanical systems. Candidates should possess a diploma in Building or Mechanical engineering and at least 1 year of experience handling commercial buildings. A class 3 driving license is required, and the ability to work under minimal supervision is essential.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• To carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for Air-Con, Mechanical, Electrical, ACMV and General Building Services
• Able to carry out inspections, monitor system performance and supervision works when required
• Troubleshoot breakdown, maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment history record
• Be part of company implementation programs and initiatives, respond to emergency call for facilities breakdown

Requirements:

• Diploma /Nitech/Higher Nitch in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Must have at least 1 year of working experience in handling commercial buildings
• Able to work under minimal supervision, perform under pressure, pro-active
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn, good team worker
• Establish good rapport with the client, tenants and occupiers
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
• with class 3 driving license
