We are looking for a results-driven Technical Marketing & Customer Success Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on Keysight In-Circuit Test (ICT) solutions, Electrical Structural Tester, Boundary Scan technologies, Semiconductor Wirebond Tester, and PathWave Manufacturing Analytics (PMA). This hybrid role combines strategic leadership, technical marketing, and customer success to ensure our customers maximize the value of our test and analytics solutions while driving internal alignment and go-to-market efficiency.
As a team lead, you will lead a team of technical specialists and customer success engineers, while also directly engaging with strategic customers and product stakeholders. You'll act as a bridge between engineering, sales, marketing, and support, ensuring successful adoption, advocacy, and long-term retention of our technologies by our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical marketing engineers and customer success specialists.
- Set team goals, track KPIs, and drive accountability for customer satisfaction, product adoption, and engagement metrics.
- Build a collaborative, customer-first team culture that balances technical expertise with proactive relationship management.
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
Customer Success & Enablement (Post-sales focus)
- Serve as executive sponsor for key customer accounts, overseeing deployment, usage, and success of ICT, Boundary Scan, Wirebond Test and PMA Manufacturing Data Analytics solutions.
- Define and scale customer onboarding programs, technical documentation, and training resources.
- Monitor usage data and customer feedback to identify risk or upsell opportunities; lead strategic account reviews and QBRs.
- Develop technical content such as application notes, success stories, product training, demos, competitive studies, and presentations.
- Coordinate with support and engineering to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Technical Marketing & Product Strategy (Pre-sales focus)
- Own technical positioning and messaging for Keysight’s test and analytics solutions across global campaigns and GTM initiatives.
- Work with product management, and R&D to bring the voice of the customer to differentiate our products through the NPI or CPE process such as during roadmap discussions, requirements definition and new product validation.
- Develop technical content such as white papers, application notes, product training, demos, competitive studies, and presentations.
- Support product launches, feature rollouts, and sales enablement with deep technical insight.
Cross-functional & External Engagement
- Partner with sales, solution engineers, Industry Solution Team ( IST) and partners to drive customer engagement and solution adoption globally and efficiently.
- Represent the company at trade shows, technical conferences, and webinars as a thought leader.
- Drive collaboration between Sales, marketing, engineering, and customer-facing teams, and eco-system vendors or partners to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technical marketing, customer success, field applications, or product management.
- Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing technical teams.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Keysight ICT (3070 or similar), Boundary Scan, and PathWave Manufacturing Analytics.
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and sustenance, DFT/DFM, test strategy, and data analytics in a high-tech environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics for diverse audiences.
Nice to Have
- Field application engineers’ leadership role.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or scripting languages (Python) for analytics.
- Experience with cloud-based manufacturing tools and digital factory ecosystems.
- Prior experience in successful enablement or implementation of enterprise customer test solutions success within electronics, automotive, or contract manufacturing sectors.
