Salary: SGD 6,000 – 9,500

Work Days: 5.5 days/week (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, Sat 8:30am–12:30pm)

Location: East (Changi Village area)

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Manager (Electrical) to lead the electrical design process, ensure compliance with contractual requirements and Singapore standards, and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement electrical design strategies for assigned projects.


• Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure smooth delivery within schedule and budget.


• Oversee the end‑to‑end design process and provide technical guidance and governance.


• Advise on materials selection and support procurement‑related technical matters.


• Liaise with clients to align design deliverables with project requirements and expectations.


• Review designs with strong emphasis on health, safety, and regulatory compliance.


• Ensure strict compliance with contract requirements and Singapore standards/codes.


• Maintain accurate design documentation, records, and submissions.


• Manage design schedules, deliverables, and resource planning to meet project milestones.


• Keep up to date with changes in building legislation and applicable codes of practice.


• Prepare and submit Single‑Line Diagrams (SLD) and drawings for FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with relevant design experience.


• Professional Engineer (PE), Singapore registration is an advantage.


• Independent, analytical, and highly motivated, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
