Job Summary:

• Technical Manager (CCTV/Security Solution)

• Permanent role

• Basic up to $ 7,000 + AWS + VB

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Location: Jurong/ Toh Guan area

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, including project and system engineers, to deliver project management, system commissioning, pre-sales support, and technical services in alignment with customer requirements and company goals.

• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and innovative work culture.

• Assign responsibilities effectively based on individual strengths and expertise to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.

• Establish and maintain clear communication channels to ensure the team is updated on project progress, organizational developments, and key information.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual goals, and offer constructive feedback to support employee growth and career progression.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Service, IT, Finance, and Admin departments to ensure technical activities align with broader business objectives.

• Evaluate new products and systems for potential integration into the company’s offerings to enhance customer value and competitiveness.

• Support the Sales team in pre-sales activities and tender submissions to secure new projects.

• Manage the procurement and inventory of company equipment, ensuring resource availability for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, including capital expenditure proposals and investment plans for systems, equipment, or resources.

• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards, in accordance with ISO 9002 subcontractor control procedures.

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety and health regulations across all systems and processes.

• Maintain consistent quality assurance to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Additional Information:

• At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in Security Industry, managing a group of 5 or more engineers.

• Possess excellent planning and organization, interpersonal and communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Able to work independently and make good decisions.
