Role & Responsibilities
Lead maintenance response and troubleshoot system malfunctions
Plan daily scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks
Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve technical issues
Monitor and analyze system performance data
Support sales and projects with technical insights
Document reports, maintenance records, and presentations
Recommend and implement process improvements
Ensure all systems comply with safety regulations and standards
Manage vendors, team performance, and cost optimization
Take on other responsibilities as assigned
Ensure high system uptime and reduced failures
Implement preventive maintenance plans
Manage and grow a high-performing maintenance team
Optimize vendor and stakeholder collaborations
Achieve cost control and operational efficiency
Maintain high safety standards and customer satisfaction
Champion innovation and system improvement
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
Min. 8 years in engineering with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Fluent in Mandarin for coordination with overseas teams
Skills & Experience:
Strong technical troubleshooting and ELV system experience (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Parking Systems)
Familiarity with network equipment (Switch, AP, Router) is a plus
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy
Willing to work after hours or weekends as needed
