Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Senior / Technical Learning Specialist to implement and administer technical and compliance training for colleagues at the Tuas API manufacturing site. You will leverage the site’s learning systems and design curricula to deliver learning programs that support flawless execution and workforce progression.

You will manage MyUniversity LMS, build curricula with line managers, deliver technical and quality training, and support regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, sciences or related discipline.
• Certification in Training or Adult Education.
• This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or any other regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the necessary administration badges for Viatris’ Learning Management System (LMS) application, called MyUniversity
• Actively create, manage and maintain accurate training content in MyUniversity, including learning items, curricula, assignments, completion records
• Create Job Training Curriculum’s with line managers and trainers
• Design and deliver appropriate technical and quality compliance training to site colleagues according to business needs
• Coach and train the trainers to design and develop training to improve knowledge and skills in their function
• Participate in the investigation of deviations in the site associated with proficiency errors and recommend learning solutions
• Keep up to date with technical skills and training tools and participate and represent Technical Learning in regulatory audits
• Create and/or conduct learning assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of transfer of knowledge and skills
• Identify innovative ideas to continuously improve training delivery and outcome
• Develop courses of action and drive implementation of solutions
