Provide guidance and support for professional development and career growth ofteam members. Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructivefeedback. Experience in managing teams and feature estimation. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of internal software projects, ensuringthey are completed on time and within scope. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to defineproject requirements and priorities. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigationstrategies. Technical Expertise: Provide technical direction and support to the engineering team, ensuringadherence to best practices and coding standards. Deep knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as object-orientedprogramming concepts (OOPS), design patterns, and data structures. Experience with microservices architecture. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes, tools, andmethodologies to enhance productivity and quality. Implement and promote Agile development practices, ensuring effective sprintplanning and execution. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas andtechnologies.Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in teammanagement and leadership. Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams, with a focus on fosteringa positive and collaborative work environment. Strong technical skills in software development, with proficiency in Python, Django,ReactJS, AI/LLM technologies, and code review processes. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines,and deliver high-quality results. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)processes.
